The daughter of the second Earl of Kingston who employed Mary Wollstonecraft as her governess; in 1791 she married Stephen Moore, second Earl Mountcashell (d. 1822); she eloped with George William Tighe whom she married after the death of her husband. She was the “Mrs. Mason” of the Byron-Shelley circle at Pisa.
