Thomas Lyttelton, second baron Lyttelton (1744-1779)
The libertine son of the “good” Lord Lyttelton was often in prison or in debt for his
riotous behavior; upon succeeding to the title in 1773 he played a prominent if erratic
role in Parliament before his early death.
