Robert Houlton (1740 c.-1802 fl.)
Physician and poet educated at Magdalen College, Oxford and Trinity College Dublin; he
practised medicine in Dublin until 1792, edited the Morning Herald
(1792-93), composed a comic opera, Wilmore Castle (1800), and
contributed to Raymond's Life of Dermody (1806).
