Henry Lawes Luttrell, second earl of Carhampton (1737-1821)
Son of the first earl (d. 1787), he was educated at Westminster School and Christ Church, Oxford, and served in the military while pursuing a political career as MP for Bossiney (1768-69), Middlesex (1769-74), and Plympton Earls (1790-94), also serving as member of the Irish Parliament.
