Of Gunton Park, near Norwich, the son of the first baron (d. 1810); in 1792 he married Lady Caroline Hobart, daughter of the second Earl of Buckingham. He was MP for Luggeshall (1790) and Plympton-Earle (1810), and was Lord-lieutenant of Norfolk (1808).
