Henry William Greville (1801-1872)
The son of Charles Greville (1762-92) and brother of the diarist Charles Cavendish Fulke Greville (1794–1865); he was educated at Westminster School and Christ Church, Oxford, was private secretary to Lord Francis Egerton, and held diplomatic and court offices. His diary was published in eight vols, 1875-1887.
